The official Twitter handles of Salaar and Animal engaged in a friendly and funny banter this afternoon. The Twitter handle of Animal tagged team Salaar and asked the latter to release the film’s OST. Salaar team reacted in style by posting a Ranbir Kapoor’s gif and with the famous dialogue “Sunayi de raha hai behra nahi hoon main.”

Responding to the same, team Animal wrote, “Let’s Salute the Champion very soon.” In the reply, the team also attached the Indian flag emoticon, from which it can be inferred that Animal will make its OTT debut on Republic Day, i.e., on 26th January. Netflix, which holds the digital rights, might make an official announcement soon.

Cine Studios 1, which is said to be one of the production houses of Animal, approached the court asking for a stay on the OTT release. The latest to be known is that this issue has been resolved and the path for the OTT release is cleared now. Keep watching this space for the latest OTT updates.
