Anirudh began composing for Bharatheeyudu 2 in Nov, 2017

It’s well known that young Tamil music composer Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in by star director Shankar for the highly-anticipated sequel to his 1996 vigilante drama, Bharatheeyudu. Anirudh is extremely thrilled to be part of this magnum opus, which is being helmed by his favorite director.

In recent media interaction, Anirudh revealed that Shankar had asked him to compose music for Bharatheeyudu’s sequel wayback in November, 2017 itself. He further said that he had begun composing for the film’s soundtrack immediately after Shankar’s offer. Anirudh also feels that he cannot match the kind of music AR Rahman had given for Bharatheeyudu,
