A few days back, the team of Anjali’s Geethanjali Malli Vachindi launched the teaser and announced that the film would be released on March 22. Directed by Shiva Turlapati, the film is a sequel to the 2014 superhit Geethanjali. But now the release has been postponed to April 11.
As multiple films are lined up for release on March 22, Geethanjali Malli Vachindi makers decided to postpone the release. Allari Naresh’s Aa Okkati Adakku, Sree Vishnu’s Om Bheem Bush, and a couple of small films, Roti Kapda Romance and Kaliyuga Pattanamlo, are slated for release on March 22.
Geethanjali Malli Vachindi also stars Srinivas Reddy, Sunil, Satyam Rajesh, Satya, Shakalaka Shankar, Ali, Bramhaji, Ravi Shankar, and Rahul Madhav. Kona Venkat penned the story while he co-wrote the screenplay with Bhanu Bhogavarapu. MVV Satyanarayana and GV are bankrolling this horror comedy under the banners of MVV Cinema and Kona Film Corporation. Praveen Lakkaraju is composing the tunes.
