Anushka Shetty’s Ghaati should have been released a long time ago. The makers had announced July 11 as the release date, but they couldn’t make it to the scheduled timeline due to pending work. It is said that the film contains numerous VFX shots, which are causing the delay.
According to the latest buzz in industry circles, Ghaati is eyeing a head-to-head box office clash with Teja Sajja’s Mirai, slated for release on September 5. On the same day, Sivakarthikeyan’s Madharaasi, directed by AR Murugadoss, is also hitting the big screens.
