Days before the release of Thella Kaagitham, a romantic clip featuring the lead pair Harsh Roshan and Nakshatra was leaked online and quickly grabbed attention.
The video created curiosity around the film and gave its promotions an unexpected push. After the release, the director, Ramesh Bandreddy, was asked if the leak was actually a planned publicity strategy.
Ramesh dismissed the idea, saying there was no reason for the team to deliberately leak such a scene for cheap publicity. He made it clear that the clip was not intentionally released by the makers.
The director added that the team made Thella Kaagitham with genuine effort and emotion. Despite the leak controversy, he expressed happiness that the film has received appreciation from audiences after its release.
