The Coronavirus outbreak has crippled the world economy and disrupted businesses in several parts of the country. With government issuing an advisory to avoid large gatherings, film shootings have stalled and theatres have been shut down in several parts of India.
Now, film celebrities are urging people to take precautions and follow advisories from health department. Director S S Rajamouli too took to Twitter saying that it’s shocking to see the world come to a standstill. “However, in a scenario like this, it is imperative to avoid spreading panic. Follow the standard recommendations to stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus and stay alert,” he said.
For the past few months, the director has been shooting his upcoming film RRR, which stars Ram Charan, NTR, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgan. The film is slated for release on January 8, 2021.
