The Paradise is all set to hit cinemas tomorrow, with grand premiere shows scheduled across locations tonight. Meanwhile, the Telangana High Court has declined to grant a stay on the film’s special premiere shows, allowing them to proceed as scheduled.
A petition challenged the permission granted for the early premieres and the enhanced ticket prices. During the hearing, the court directed the petitioner’s counsel to serve copies of the petition papers on the producer and other interested parties. With no stay being granted, the premiere shows can go ahead as planned.
Meanwhile, The Paradise is eyeing a big opening, with the team targeting a ₹50 crore-plus gross from premieres and Day 1 combined. If achieved, it would mark the biggest opening of Nani’s career.
Directed by Srikanth Odela, the pan-Indian action drama stars Nani in the lead role and is produced by SLV Cinemas.
