Here comes an exciting update on the release plans of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much-awaited social drama, Acharya. Apparently, the makers have decided to postpone the film’s release from this year to the Sankranthi festive season early next year.
Furthermore, Acharya may be hitting screens on January 12, 2022, thereby joining the big Sankranthi box-office clash with Sarkaru Vaari Paata, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Radhe Shyam, Beast and F3. An official announcement regarding Acharya’s release date is expected to be out on Chiru’s birthday on August 22nd.
Being directed by Koratala Siva, Acharya also features Ram Charan, Sonu Sood, Kajal Aggarwal, Pooja Hegde in lead roles. Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy are jointly bankrolling this high budget entertainer. Manisharma is the music composer.
