Over the past few years, south cinema has improved by leaps and bounds in terms of quality. Many movies made down south successfully won the hearts of the audience all over the nation. Films like Pushpa, RRR, KGF, and Kantara had a great impact on Hindi cinema.
As a result, south films are even competing with straight Hindi films in terms of records and collections. While promoting his new movie Tu Joothi Main Makkar, star actor Ranbir Kapoor said that the performances of the lead actors in the multi-lingual films Pushpa, Gangubhai Kathiawadi, and RRR had impacted him heavily.
Ranbir further stated that these three particular films had a huge impact on him both as an actor and a viewer. Ranbir further said that it would have been great if he had got such roles. Allu Arjun in Pushpa, NTR & Charan in RRR, and Alia Bhatt in Gangubhai did a phenomenal job, and the fans, too, feel that the actors deserve several accolades for their stunning performances.
