MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings have won the IPL 2023 title as they beat the defending champions Gujarat Titans in an electrifying game.
CSK were set a target of 171 in 15 overs and the Dhoni-led side won the game off the last ball.
With 10 needed of the final two deliveries, Jadeja hit a six and a leg byes four to win it for CSK.
CSK are now equal with Mumbai Indians in terms of IPL trophies won – 5. Amidst rumors about Dhoni’s possible retirement, the IPL win comes as a major boost to the franchise and also the fans.
