At the pre-release event of Pushpa 2 yesterday, director Sukumar said he would consider making a third part if Allu Arjun could allocate his dates for three more years. Long ago, Allu Arjun himself revealed to a Hollywood media outlet that the team was keen to make a third installment in the Pushpa franchise.
Two days before the release, the film’s sound designer and National Award-winning technician, Resul Pookutty, mistakenly revealed the title of the third installment in his recent social media post. Accordingly, the threequel is titled “Pushpa 3: The Rampage.” Resul Pookutty shared a picture on his X account posing with his team, and the title was accidentally displayed in the background.
Fans can expect a cliffhanger in Pushpa 2 as well, setting the stage for the third part. While the second installment will focus on the rivalry between Pushpa and Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat (played by Fahadh Faasil), we need to see what Sukumar has in store for Pushpa 3.
