Indian 2 is one of the most anticipated pan-Indian films, and people are eagerly awaiting its release. Ace director Shankar Shanmugam is currently shooting important scenes with Kamal Haasan and other actors in Chennai.
The latest buzz is that the young sensation Anirudh Ravichander wants to reuse some of the iconic original soundtracks used in the prequel, Indian, which were composed by the Oscar Award-winning music director AR Rahman. The grapevine suggests that Shankar approached AR Rahman and conveyed the same, to which the latter agreed immediately.
Kajal Aggarwal is the female lead in this flick, which also features Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and others in significant roles. Lyca Productions, in association with Red Giant Movies, is producing this movie on a massive scale.
