It’s well known that Bangarraju, a spin off of Nagarjuna’s much-loved Bangarraju character in his 2016 blockbuster, Soggade Chinni Nayana, is in the works. To be directed by SCN’s director Kalyan Krishna, Bangarraju is expected to go on floors from August and hit screens for Sankranthi.
Meanwhile, speculations are rife about Bangarraju’s leading lady. The latest buzz is that svelte beauty Pooja Hegde will be romancing Nag in the movie. However, this is a mere speculation and we will have to wait until the movie’s unit comes up with an official announcement.
Already, happening young beauty Keerthy Suresh is said to have been roped in to play the female lead opposite Naga Chaitanya, who will be seen as Nag’s grandson in the movie. Stay tuned for further updates.
