A case has been booked against music director Chakri and producer Paruchuri Prasad under the Nirbhaya Act. A case was lodged in the Banjara Hills police station today by a young woman named Madhavi.
In her complaint, Madhavi alleged that Chakri and Prasad misbehaved with her on Friendship Day. The complaint was registered on Monday morning.
So far, neither Mr. Prasad nor Chakri have issued an official statement over the matter. Police officials have also remained tightlipped over the issue. We will have to see what turn this case takes.
