Censor troubles continue to affect Tollywood lately. Recently, Santosh Sobhan’s romantic drama Couple Friendly received an A certificate from the CBFC, as the board had issues with the title. The makers were asked to rename the film Friendly Couple, but the team did not comply. Last month, a small film titled Vanara faced similar issues, prompting the title to be changed to Vanaveera.

Suhas and Shivani Nagaram have reunited after Ambajipeta Marriage Band for the film Hey Bhagawan!. Directed by Gopi Atchara, the movie gained attention after the makers held a contest with prize money, asking people to guess Naresh’s business in the film. Following Vanara and Couple Friendly, the team of Hey Bhagawan! was also asked to reconsider the title, and it has now been changed to Hey Balwanth!.

The title was modified just four days prior to release, and these recent censor issues are sparking discussions. Produced by B. Narendra Reddy under the banner of Trishul Visionary Studios, the story is penned by Shanmuka Prashanth (Writer Padmabhushan). Sudarshan and Annapoornamma play key roles.
