On September 5, 2009, Nagarjuna’s son Naga Chaitanya debuted in movies with the youthful campus drama, Josh. The film was a failure at the box-office, and Chay has seen several ups and downs in his 10-year-old career.
Meanwhile, Akkineni fans are taking to social media and are congratulating Chay on his decade long journey in Tollywood. A majority of the fans are advising Chay to team up with more established and successful directors instead of newcomers and debutants, unlike his father.
Chay had scored his career’s biggest blockbuster with Majili earlier this summer. His next film will be directed by Shekar Kammula. Whether Chay will follow his fans’ advice or not will be known in the future.
