Megastar Chiranjeevi, who is currently recuperating from a knee surgery, is eagerly waiting to commence his much-talked-about 157th project. With this film, tentatively titled Mega157, Chiru will be revisiting the socio-fantasy genre after nearly 2 decades since the release of his 2004 film, Anji.
Until recently, there were reports that Mega157 will be going on floors from early 2024. But, if the latest buzz is anything to go by, the makers may kick-start the shoot as early as November this year. Apparently, Mega157 director Vassishta is fast wrapping up the film’s pre-production formalities to take the project to shooting floors at the earliest. The film’s story is said to be based on the five elements.
Mega157 will be produced on UV Creations banner. Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani will score the music. Stay tuned for further updates.
