On his birthday, Vijay Deverakonda announced a new film with Rahul Sankrityan. The young director is known for his films Taxiwala and Shyam Singha Roy. Tollywood’s top production, Mythri Movie Makers, will bankroll this flick on a massive budget, which is the 14th film in Vijay’s career. The story will take place between 1854 and 1878.
Earlier, there were reports that Vijay will be seen in a dual role as a father and son. According to the latest report, the makers are considering Ranabhaali as the film’s title. The report further mentioned that director Rahul had designed the father’s role in a powerful manner. Rashmika Mandanna is the female lead.
The project is currently in the pre-production stage, and it is expected to go on floors in October. As of now, Vijay is occupied with the shoot of Gowtham Tinnanuri’s film. Apart from these two, Vijay Deverakonda also has a film with Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru fame Ravi Kiran Kola.
