As expected, Manchu Manoj’s Current Theega opened to some packed houses all over. While the the multiplexes saw 80 percent openings, single screens were sold out from the first show itself. With the film getting positive reviews all over, the collections are likely to get stronger over the weekend.
Produced by Vishnu Manchu, this film has been packaged quite cleverly and the presence of Sunny Leone and Rakul Preet is only helping matters. Directed by Nageswara Reddy, this film has music by Achu. Current Theega is a remake of the super hit Tamil movie Varthapadadha valibar Sangam and has Rakul Preet as the female lead.
