Vijay Deverakonda’s Dear Comrade has created an unprecedented feat by releasing in all the four South Indian languages on the same day. Thanks to the craze for Vijay’s movies and the huge promotional campaign, Dear Comrade was expected to collect decent revenues in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala.
As per the latest updates, Dear Comrade collected a gross of Rs 1.24 crores across Karnataka on its opening day. The film managed to collect another Rs 48 lakhs on its second day, taking the 2-day total to Rs 1.72 crore (approx). On the other hand, Dear Comrade fetched Rs 80 lakhs from Kerala on day one and another Rs 33 lakhs on day 2, ending up with a total of Rs 1.13 crore. Finally, in Chennai, Dear Comrade grossed Rs 32 lakhs in 2 days.
