However, she is making a comeback with her Hindi film Deva, starring Shahid Kapoor in the lead role. The film is set to hit the screens on January 31, 2025.

Now, the buzz in Hindi film circles is that Pooja Hegde will be seen in an intimate scene with Shahid Kapoor, which reportedly faced objections from the censors. According to sources, the censor board has asked for the scene to be trimmed by six seconds.

They have given the film U/A certificate. Pooja has pinned high hopes on Deva, and it remains to be seen whether this film will mark her return to the spotlight.
