Dhanush is one of the most talented actors in the industry today and he has been pushing the bar quite high with each film. His upcoming film VIP 2 is slated for release soon and incidentally, he also wrote the story, apart from playing the lead role in it.
Earlier this year, he made his directorial debut with Power Paandi and it looks like he has plans to direct more films in near future. In a recent interview, he confessed that he had written the story of VIP2 while shooting for Kodi. “I have about five scripts. I don’t know if I am a good, average or bad writer but I write fast. Everything I observe, my experiences and imagination come together while writing. I cannot obviously direct each one of those scripts, I am happy collaborating with directors,” he said in a recent interview.
VIP 2 stars Dhanush, Kajol, Amala Paul and Samuthirakani in lead roles. Soundarya Rajinikanth has directed the film.
