Dhanush is one of the few actors from the south who has been successful in Bollywood. He is acting in Shamitabh alongside Amitabh Bachan and Akshara Hassan. Adding to the stellar cast of the movie, there will be nine interesting cameos from biggies in the film industry.
R Balki, the director of this film has managed to bring in six of his contemporary directors for cameos in his film. Raju Hirani, Gauri Shinde, Karan Johar, Mahesh Bhatt, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Anurag Basu will be seen in cameos. Lyricist Javed Akthar, producers Boney Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor will also be seen in this film. Ilayaraja is scoring the music for this film which has P C Sreeram handling the cinematography
