Dhanush is gearing up to entertain audiences with his upcoming film Kara, which is set to be released on April 30. Currently, the actor is busy promoting it. He also has a project with Lubber Pandhu director Tamilarasan Pachamuthu.
Rukmini Vasanth was roped in as the female lead. However, as per the latest buzz in Kollywood circles, she is no longer part of the project as she has complications allocating dates. It is said that the Sandalwood actress has allotted bulk dates to NTR–Prashanth Neel’s film, which is creating scheduling conflicts for the Dhanush-starrer.
The buzz further suggests that the team is now considering Sara Arjun as the leading lady, replacing Rukmini Vasanth. If true, this would mark another big step in Sara Arjun’s career, as she is fresh off the success of Dhurandhar.
