Bollywood star hero Karthik Aaryan’s last theatrical release Bhool Bhulaiya 2, was a phenomenal success at the box office. The actor’s next release is Shehzada, the official Hindi remake of Icon Star Allu Arjun’s blockbuster Ala Vaikuntapurramulo.
The latest update is that the film’s advance sales bookings are not up to the mark and are completely disappointing. Till now, only a mere 3500 tickets have been sold. While a few opine that most audiences would have watched the original on OTT during the pandemic, a few say that the release of Marvel biggie, Ant-Man, on the same day is the reason behind the underwhelming bookings.
There are still two more days for the release, and we need to see if there will be any jump. Kriti Sanon plays the love interest of Karthik Aaryan. Bankrolled together by T-Series Films, Allu Entertainment, Brat Films, and Haarika & Hassine Creations, this remake is helmed by Rohit Dhawan.
