The shootings of Telugu films were halted recently due to ongoing issues in the film industry. On August 23rd the film chamber decided to allow for the shoots from September 1st. It was then mentioned that a few issues were yet to be addressed.
Today the meeting once again took place between Telugu Film Chamber and Telugu Film Federation which was headed by ace producer Dil Raju. A consensus decision was taken to increase the wages of daily workers to 30% for big-budget films and to 15% for small-budget films.
The decision as to which is a big-budget or small-budget film will be decided by the Telugu Film Chamber and Telugu Film Federation. Apart from VPF charges, clarity has arrived on all other aspects. Tomorrow the film chamber is expected to announce everything.
