Amid reports of Ranveer Singh stepping away from the project, new speculation indicates that Shah Rukh Khan may return to the franchise that once reshaped his stylish screen persona. Sources suggest the actor is willing to reprise his role as Don, a character that reached iconic status with his portrayal.
That said, the return is not without hurdles. Shah Rukh Khan is believed to have set a key prerequisite before giving his nod. Reports claim he wants Jawan director Atlee to be involved with Don 3, aiming to elevate the film’s scale and deliver a contemporary cinematic experience.
