Megastar Chiranjeevi was the chief guest at the pre-release event of young hero Vishwak Sen’s soon-to-release youthful entertainer, Laila. In his speech, Chiru was all praise for Vishwak and said that he came to support Vishwak even though he’s a fan of Balakrishna and NTR, as there are “no compounds” in the film industry.
Chiru went on to announce his next movie under the direction of Anil Ravipudi and producer Sahu Garapati, who were also present at the Laila pre-release event. “The movie is going to commence in summer. It’s going to be a laugh riot from start to finish. I’m attempting a full-fledged entertainer after so many years, and I’m eagerly looking forward to it. Whenever Anil comes home to narrate the scenes, we both end up laughing out loud. I believe that when we love the story, it will surely reach the audiences,” said Chiru.
Chiru went on to announce that his daughter Konidela Sushmitha will jointly bankroll the project under her Goldbox Entertainment banner in association with Sahu Garapati’s Shine Screens banner. More details about this highly anticipated combination will be out in the coming days.
