Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar, which is the new industry hit of Bollywood, is still showing no signs of fatigue at the box office. The movie has till now collected over Rs. 860 crores nett at the domestic box office and is marching towards the Rs. 900 crore mark.
After dethroning Pushpa 2: The Rule in the Hindi belt, Dhurandhar has now overtaken the lifetime numbers of Allu Arjun starrer in the international markets. This record is outstanding since it came just from a single language, as compared to Pushpa 2, which was released in multiple languages.
Dhurandhar was banned in Gulf countries due to its content, yet it hasn’t become an issue for Ranveer Singh’s film to create wonders. So far, the spy action thriller directed by Aditya Dhar has earned $31.62 million in offshore markets.
Had the movie been released in the Gulf, it would have easily reached $50 million mark. Dhurandhar has collected about Rs. 1300 crores globally. The movie also stars Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, and Danish Pandor in key roles.
