Game Changer’s Ram Charan expresses grief over fans’ tragic accident, offers financial aid

Global star Ram Charan, currently promoting his pan-Indian film Game Changer directed by Shankar Shanmugam, expressed deep sorrow over a tragic accident that claimed the lives of two fans.

The incident occurred after the pre-release event of Game Changer in Rajahmundry on January 4, 2025, when Arava Manikanta (23) and Thokada Charan (22) from Kakinada’s Gaigolupadu died while returning home.

Ram Charan conveyed his condolences, stating, “We always pray for our fans’ safety. This is a very unfortunate incident, and I share the families’ pain.” He sent his team to support the grieving families and announced financial aid of Rs. 5 lakhs for each family. Producer Dil Raju and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan also extended Rs. 5 lakhs each to the deceased fans’ families.

Game Changer is set to release on January 10, 2025, amidst high expectations. SJ Suryah is the antagonist and Kiara Advani plays Ram Charan’s romantic interest.
