The theatrical trailer for the soon-to-release concept-oriented film, Geeta Sakshigaa, was launched yesterday to a positive response from industry circles. Naandhi director Vijay Kanakamedala was the special guest at the trailer launch, and he had some nice things to say about the trailer.

“I witnessed Geeta Sakshigaa’s visuals by cinematographer Vijay 6 months ago and was really impressed. Thank you to Chetan garu, who came here from Mumbai to do our Telugu movie. I want him to do more good movies. I know Aadarsh from Dhee, the TV show. He also acted in TV serials. Now I am getting acquainted with him as a film hero. The trailer is very good. Chitra Shukla chooses performance-oriented characters. I wish the movie’s team the best,” Vijay Kanakamedala said.

Going by the impressive trailer, Geeta Sakshigaa seems to be an intense and emotional drama, and women actors have a prominent role to play in the movie. The film, based on real incidents, is directed by debutant Anthony Mattapalli and produced by Mumbai distributor Chetan. Aadarsh and Chitra Shukla are the main leads in the movie, which has its soundtrack composed by noted Malayalam music director Gopi Sunder. Geeta Sakshigaa is slated for release on March 22nd.
