Genelia was one of the top stars in Telugu cinema in the early 2000s and acted with almost all the big stars in Telugu cinema. She is making a comeback with the family drama, Junior, after thirteen long years.
Speaking to the press, Genelia stated that she will keep doing Telugu films only if she gets good scripts in Tollywood. The star heroine also added that there is no denying the fact that she has become selective in her approach and will only do films which have great importance to her character.
Genelia was last seen in Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameer Par which was a good hit at the box office. In Junior, she plays a key role and will be seen in the role of Kireeti Reddy’s sister and has great importance in the narrative.
