Nithiin is sporting an all new look in this film and he will be seen in the company of Adah Sharma, who is making her Telugu debut with this movie. Anoop Rubens has composed the music for this romantic entertainer.
‘Heart Attack’ has been shot extensively in Spain and the movie is expected to be a new age love story, with a good dose of action and comedy.
