This Ugadi Vishwaksen came up with the film Das Ka Dhamki. The movie, directed by Vishwaksen himself, gained very good buzz before its release. The presence of NTR in the film’s pre-release event also helped the movie significantly.
The latest news is that the movie made a gross of 8.88 crores worldwide on its opening day. This is the highest for a Vishwaksen starrer, and the holiday advantage also played a key role in the openings. Till Dasara, the movie is expected to have a good run.
Nivetha Pethuraj is the female lead. Das Ka Dhamki is bankrolled by Karate Raju under Vanmaye Creations and Vishwaksen Cinemas banners. Prasanna Kumar Bezawada penned the story for the film, which also has Rao Ramesh, Hyper Aadi, Rohini, and Prithviraj in key roles. Leon James scored the music.
