The latest Telugu rom-com Epic – First Semester hit the screens with hopes of making a strong impact at the box office. However, the Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya starrer opened with Rs. 5 crore on Day 1, including premieres.
According to the latest update from the makers, the film has collected Rs. 7.55 crore in its first two days. With Sunday being crucial, the film needs a strong jump in collections to sustain its theatrical run.
Produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya and directed by Aditya Hasan, Epic – First Semester features Sivaji, Vasuki, Srinivas Gavireddy, Kalyan Shankar and others in key roles. Hesham Abdul Wahab composed the music.
