Audiences will always lap up good films, and the same is being proved with the latest release, Hi Nanna. The Nani starrer is directed by debutant Shouryuv. Mrunal Thakur played the female lead, while Baby Kiara Khanna played another vital role. During the promotions, Nani said that the audience might get tickets for day one, but going forward, it will be tough to obtain them.

Nani’s words were mocked by a few, but now those are turning out to be true. After a decent start, the movie picked solid momentum at the ticket windows. The glowing word of mouth has come into play, and the family drama had its best day at the box office today. The occupancies are phenomenal in cities like Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Bangalore, and Chennai. The movie is having its best run in overseas, especially in the USA region.

It is worth noting that Hi Nanna isn’t a solo release as it clashed with Nithiin’s Extra Ordinary Man. At a time when mass films are ruling the roost, the good performance of Hi Nanna will surely give huge confidence to the industry. The movie also stars Jayaram, Angad Bedi, Viraj Ashwin, Priyadarshi, and others in key roles. Shruti Haasan did a special song, while Hesham Abdul Wahab composed the tunes.
