Indian 3 is once again back in the news after Indian 2, starring Tamil star Kamal Haasan and directed by Shankar, failed to live up to expectations. Although the third part was put on the back burner following the sequel’s disappointing result, Kollywood sources suggest that the makers are now planning to resume the post-production work on the film.
A major portion of Indian 3 was already shot alongside Indian 2. With only some patchwork and CG work reportedly pending, the team is said to be looking to complete the remaining work at the earliest and release the film.
With Shankar having suffered a setback with the result of Game Changer, this film is expected to be crucial for the director. An official announcement regarding the project is expected to be made soon.
