Tamil language horror thriller ‘The Door’, headlined by noted actress Bhavana, arrived in theatres in March 2025. Five months after its theatrical release, The Door has now arrived digitally. The film is currently streaming only in Tamil audio along with English subtitles on Aha Tamil, with no further updates about the dubbed versions.
When the film hit the big screens, it received mixed reviews from critics who found the screenplay not so exciting. The Door didn’t make much impact commercially either. However, Bhavana was praised for her performance, and now we need to see if the horror film can find more traction in the digital space.
Bhavana plays an architect in the film. One day, she visits a construction site as part of her job, only to find that the workplace is haunted by a supernatural entity. Bhavana’s brother Jaiidev directed this flick, which also stars Ganesh Venkatraman, Priya Venkat, Jayaprakash, Sriranjini, and others in supporting roles. Naveen Rajan produced The Door.
