Hero Ravi Teja’s high budget spy thriller, Eagle, released in cinemas last Friday and had a decent first weekend at the ticket counters across the world. The film has collected over Rs 15 crore worldwide in its 3-day theatrical journey so far. The film’s total first weekend distributor share in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is approximately around Rs 8.50 crore, while it has grossed about $300K in North America.

As part of the film’s success celebrations, Eagle’s team interacted with the Telugu film media last night. Speaking at the event, Ravi Teja said that he is very happy to see the audience patronage for Eagle. “I was very excited when director Karthik narrated Sahadev Varma character. My makeover for the role has been getting a lot of praise. In fact, I couldn’t believe myself while watching the Kalika Devi episode. I’m confident of scoring a hat-trick together with People Media Factory with Harish Shankar’s Mr. Bachchan,” the Mass Maharaja said.

Eagle also features Anupama Parameswaran, Navdeep and Kavya Thapar in important roles. The Karthik Ghattamaneni directorial is produced by TG Vishwaprasad. Stay tuned for Eagle’s first weekend box office collection updates.
