Star heroine Samantha has scored a massive hit with her latest movie Yashoda. Directed by Hari and Harish, the movie has already collected more than Rs. 20 crores gross in the opening weekend.
Apart from Telugus, Tamil audiences also received the film very well. The positive word of mouth helped the movie get a huge response in Tamil Nadu and hence the number of shows and screens have been increased in multiplexes in the state.
Produced by Sridevi Movies, Yashoda has Unni Mukundan, Rao Ramesh, Kalpika, Murali Sharma, Sampath, Divya Sripada and others in prominent roles. Manisharma provided music for this movie.
