Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s romantic comedy entertainer Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari hit the screens today. Shashank Khaitan, known for Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Dhadak directed this flick. The movie locked horns with Rishab Shetty’s Kantara: Chapter 1 at the box office.
Following its theatrical run, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari will be available for streaming on Netflix as per the latest update. Going by the standard industry practice, the movie is expected to arrive on OTT only eight weeks after its theatrical release. Set against the backdrop of a grand Indian wedding, the movie also stars Sanya Malhotra, and Rohit Saraf in lead roles.
Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is expected to take a double digit opening in India cashing in on the national holiday advantage. Maniesh Paul, Akshay Oberoi, and Abhinav Sharma essayed supporting roles. Karan Johar and Shashank jointly bankrolled the romantic entertainer.
