After a huge blockbuster like Bimbisara, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram came up with the movie Amigos in which the actor played a triple role as doppelgangers. The movie was nicely promoted, but unfortunately, the result was disappointing. The lack of a gripping narrative is the key reason behind the underperformance.
Debutant Rajendra Reddy helmed this project. The movie is now available to stream on the OTT platform Netflix. As of now, only Telugu audio is available, along with English subtitles. Kannada beauty Ashika Ranganath made her Telugu film debut with Amigos.
This action thriller was bankrolled by Tollywood’s leading production house, Mythri Movie Makers. Brahmaji, Sapthagri, Jayaprakash, and Kalyani Natarajan essayed key roles. Ghibran composed the tunes. Those who missed watching Amigos in theatres can now catch it on Netflix.
