Renowned production house Mythri Movie Makers is known for exciting collaborations and big-ticket entertainers. Having a solid lineup of films, the banner has now announced a new romantic comedy.
After the blockbuster romantic drama Uppena, they are back with a rom-com, bringing fresh faces Jai Jasti and Medha Meka (Srikanth’s daughter) together as the lead pair. Tentatively called #MythriInLove, the new-age film explores the peculiar dynamics of a relationship between a boy and a girl, blending romance, humour, and family drama into an entertaining cinematic experience with relatable emotions and an engaging narrative.
Prithvi Vanam, who earned recognition for directing popular web series such as 30 Weds 21 and Middle Bench Ravi, makes his feature-film directorial debut with this project. Sai Harsha, son of popular lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry, scores the music for the film.
The film was officially launched today with a grand pooja ceremony, marking the beginning of an exciting cinematic journey for the young team. MLA Ganta Srinivasa Rao handed over the script to the makers. Sahu Garapati and Archana switched on the camera, while Nandini Reddy sounded the clapboard. Sowmya Yerneni directed the first shot.
The title and other details will be announced shortly. Director Mahesh Babu P, known for Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty and Andhra King Taluka, is associated with the film as its creator, and his involvement adds significant value to the project.
