Kalyani Priyadarshan, who recently appeared in Ranarangam and Chitralahari, has signed a new film in Malayalam. The actress will soon team up with top star Dulquer Salmaan for a family drama. Anoop Sathyan is going to direct the film.
Apparently, the film revolves around a mothet-daughter duo, and Shobana will be playing Kalyani’s mother. Their respective roles are said to be quite humourous, and Kalyani’s chemistry with Dulquer will be another highlight in the film.
The film is slated to go on floors in October in Chennai, and Dulquer himself is co-producing the film. More details about the film will be announced soon.
