There were multiple reports that there would be a third part for Kamal Haasan and Shankar’s Indian franchise. In an interview, Bobby Simha, who is playing a key role in the movie, stated that the shooting of the third part is happening along with the second part. With this, the dilemma around the third part came to an end.

In a recent interview, Kamal Haasan gave an interesting update about Indian 2 and Indian 3. He said, “We completed the shoot for Indian 2 and Indian 3. The post-production works for Indian 2 are happening currently. The post-production works of Indian 3 will commence as soon as we finish working for Indian 2.”

Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Siddharth, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Brahmanandan, and others are playing vital roles. The movie is produced by Lyca Productions in association with Red Giant Movies. Anirudh Ravichander is the tunesmith. The release date is yet to be locked for both Indian 2 and Indian 3.
