It’s well-known that a multi-starrer featuring the Daggubati and Akkineni uncle-nephew duo, Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya, has been on the cards. Rakul Preet Singh is the leading lady opposite Chay in the film.
Now, if the latest reports are anything to go by, star heroine Shriya has been roped in to play the leading lady opposite Venkatesh in Venky Mama. However, an official announcement regarding both the leading ladies in the film is awaited.
Suresh Babu, Kona Venkat and People Media Factory will jointly bankroll Venky Mama. Sardaar Gabbar Singh and Jai Lava Kusa fame Bobby will direct the movie. The film’s regular shoot will commence soon.
