In what could be said as a bad news, veteran writer, lyricist, and renowned politician, M Karunanidhi has passed away today. The Kauvery hospital authorities where he was being treated for the past few weeks declared the news in a press release.
A huge number of fans from all over the state have been thronging the city of Chennai to pay their last respects to Karunanidhi. The legendary politician started his career as a screenwriter and went to work in many hit films.
Apart from this, Karunanidhi has served as the chief minister of the state of Tamil Nadu for five separate terms from 1969–2011 period. 123telugu conveys deep condolences to his family in this time of grief.
