Mahanati director Nag Ashwin is celebrating his birthday today and his fans and well-wishers are taking to social media to drench him with heartfelt wishes. Nag Ashwin’s sister-in-law and Mahanati producer Swapna Dutt took to Twitter and wished him by revealing a fun throwback story from his debut film Yevade Subrahmanyam’s promotions.
“The first time ever he dressed. Yevade days for kbc Telugu..nagi being nagi would never dress and that too during the post of the film is impossible…sent him across the road to pick something from Tommy to look a lil tidy. Finally what happens. Nani comes from the dub directly not dressed enough and everyone decided he needs the sweater..that’s how cozy we made this film,” Swapna tweeted, also adding “Clothes and cars don’t depict u. Clearly shows,when we see u happy bday.”
After scoring a blockbuster with his maiden production Jathi Ratnalu, Nag Ashwin is again back to pre-production work for his highly-anticipated sci-fi thriller featuring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan.
