Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu is continuing its successful theatrical run even in its second week after the festive season. The film is still registering houseful shows in several key centres, indicating a strong and steady long run. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the family entertainer features Nayanthara as the female lead.
In both Telugu states, the biggie was initially granted ticket price hikes. From this Monday, the movie has been screening at regular ticket rates in the Nizam region, and starting tomorrow, Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu will continue with normal prices in Andhra Pradesh as well.
With a long weekend ahead due to Republic Day falling next Monday, the reduced ticket prices are expected to further boost footfalls. Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu already achieved breakeven in all territories, and now it remains to be seen how much more it can earn in its lifetime.
