Young actor-director Sumanth Prabhas made his presence felt with his debut film, Mem Famous. Sumanth has signed his next movie recently, and the project has been launched in style earlier today. Touted as a youthful musical rural romantic comedy, this as-yet-untitled film marks the maiden production of Red Puppet Productions and also the directorial debut of popular short filmmaker Subash Chandra of MR. Productions.
The film’s puja ceremony was held at Ramanaidu Studios, with Swag hero Sree Vishnu sounding the first clap for the muhurtham shot, while senior producer D Suresh Babu switched on the camera. Young directors Srikanth Odela, Shouryuv, and Mahesh Babu P directed the first shot. The script was handed over to the makers by veteran producer Allu Aravind. Popular producer and distributor Suniel Narang also graced the event.
Young actress Nidhi Pradeep will be making her Tollywood debut as the lead actress with this movie. Star character artiste Jagapathi Babu will be essaying a major role, while Rajeev Kanakala, Harshavardhan, Sudarshan, Rajkumar Kasireddy, Viva Raghav, Reenu, and Rohit Krishna will be seen in crucial roles. The film will be extensively shot in and around Bhimavaram. The filming will commence soon. Naga Vamsi Krishna is the film’s music composer.
